位於北海道的函館，是出名的旅遊景點。香港也有函館，不過卻是一間賣北海道拉麵的店子。
這一夜和朋友出席過美心的雙南粽活動後，是時候醫醫肚子，就來了附近的函館拉麵。
我點的是牛油鹽味拉麵，是這裡的招牌拉麵。
牛油鹽味拉麵，其實只是多一片小牛油，但價錢卻貴不少。值得與否，留給閣下定奪了。
配料有叉燒、蔥、筍、粟米、昆布等等，湯底鹽味不算突出，甚至乎覺得有點淡。叉燒很瘦，如果再肥一點會更好。這碗麵，有形無神。
最敗筆的是麵條，我的一碗，甚至有麵條還未淥好的，都黏在一起成為麵團。同類型的拉麵，整體上中環的札幌做得更好。
這碗雖是湯麵，但我吃的時候甚至比冷麵來得還要令我心頭一涼，因為味道實在不敢恭維。獨在異鄉為異客，在這毫無競爭的一帶，怪不得到現在還能站穩陣腳了。

回覆刪除But the best one still remains at the Central shop, and even that isn't perfect either though. Hakodate (函館) in Japan is famous for salted broth ramen true mostly, but whoever says that this HK shop is therefore the best salted ramen, obviously hasn't a clue at all. Not to mention that the owner opened here
The shop owner just just borrowing the names from a few Hokkaido base cities to open his shops. But most shops serve the same styles of ramen. I pity those who can't tell the difference indeed.
